The file comments on the readmes show that these came from
ftp.meanmachine.ch. This is the nearest thing to an official site for
ppc.library updates. There's little danger of fakes getting on here as
only a few developers have access.

It looks like Ralph Schmidt forgot to update the top line of the readme.
